Due to the existing warranty coverage offered with your purchase, XTERRA Fitness does not provide extended warranty coverage beyond the original warranty included with your purchase at this time.
If your machine is no longer covered by its original warranty, you can still purchase replacement parts and submit a ticket for service. Contact the XTERRA Service Department at 800-258-8511 for assistance. Agents are available to assist Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm CST.
