The serial number for your XTERRA seated stepper is listed on a sticker located on the main frame of the stepper, commonly near the rear stabilizer.
Serial numbers are always sixteen (16) digits. In most cases, the first six (6) numbers of the serial number indicate the model. The next ten (10) digits are unique identifiers specific to your unit. For example:

- Your name
- Dealer name
- Dealer location
- Date of purchase
