START/STOP: Press to start and pause workouts. Press to start the body fat measurement (when selected). Press and hold for three (3) seconds to reset all functions and values to zero (0).
RECOVERY: Press to start the heart rate recovery program. Note: This program only works when the computer is receiving a heart rate value. This program measures the user's fitness level on a scale from 1 (excellent) to 6 (poor). It is a one minute measurement taken immediately after an exercise session and provides a score from 1 to 6. A score of 1 is an indication of a high level of fitness and a score of 6 indicates poor condition.
LEVEL (UP or DOWN): Press the 'DOWN' arrow to decrease the value of the selected workout parameter. Press the 'DOWN' arrow during the workout to decrease the resistance load. Press the 'UP' arrow to increase the value of the selected workout parameter. Press the 'UP' arrow during the workout to increase the resistance load.
ENTER: Press to input the desired value or workout program.
MODE: Press to cycle through all available functions during a workout program (RPM, speed, odometer, distance, watt, calories).
AUDIO INPUT JACK: Connect an MP3, smart phone or other audio source to the port. Volume is controlled from the MP3 device.
Displays current training speed. Maximum speed is 99.9mph or kmph.
Displays current pedal rotations per minute.
Accumulates workout time from 00:00 to 99:59. Users can preset the target time desired.
Accumulates the workout distance from 0.00 up to 999.9 miles or kilometers. Users can preset the target distance they want to reach.
Displays the total accumulated distance from 0.0 to 999.9 miles or kilometers.
Accumulates the approximate calories burned from 0 to 9999. Users can preset the target calories they want to burn.
Displays current watt power during workout.
Displays the current heart rate in beats per minute (when pulse is received).
