Error: Speed and/or distance does not display on the monitor while machine is in use.
- Check to ensure that all computer plugs, wires, and connections are firmly connected and do not appear damaged. Pay particular attention to the connection between the wires coming from the frame and the computer.
- If your monitor is powered by batteries, try replacing the batteries.
- If ensuring the connection or replacing the batteries does not resolve the error, it's possible that either the sensor wire or monitor may need to be replaced. Please contact the XTERRA Service Department by phone at 800-258-8511 for assistance.
If after troubleshooting you are still unable to resolve your machine's error, please contact the XTERRA Service Department and be prepared to provide the following information:
