Console Buttons
The full display will be shown two (2) seconds after installing the batteries and all fields will activate briefly (See "Console Battery Replacement" for additional instructions).
DOWN: Press to decrease the setting value of time, count, distance, calories, and pulse.
RECOVERY: Press to activate the Recovery Program that will automatically evaluate your fitness level immediately after your work out.
MODE: Press to cycle through the available functions (time, stroke count, distance, calories, pulse).
RESET: Press to return the computer back to the main menu. Press and hold to reset all values.
UP: Press to increase the setting value of time, count, distance, calories, and pulse.
Functions

Time |
Accumulates total work out time from 00:00 up to 99:59. You may also select a target time before training by pressing “UP” and “DOWN” buttons. Adjust by increments of 1:00 minute. |
Distance |
Accumulates training distance from 0.0 up to 99.9 miles. You may also preset the target distance before training by pressing “UP” and “DOWN” buttons. Adjust by increments of 0.1 miles. |
Stroke Count |
Accumulates total stroke count from 0 up to 9999. You may also preset the target count before training by pressing “UP” and “DOWN” buttons. Adjust by increments of 10 strokes. |
Calories |
Accumulates calories consumption during training from 0 up to 9999 kcal. You may also preset the target calories before training by pressing “UP” and “DOWN” buttons. Adjust by increments of 1 calorie. |
Pulse |
Requires use of heart rate transmitter (sold separately). Once the console receives your heart rate signal, your current pulse rate from 40 to 220bpm will be displayed. If no heart rate signals are detected for 3 seconds, the console will show “P“. You can set a target heart rate before training by pressing “UP” and “DOWN” buttons within the rate zone 90 to 220. Each increment is 1 heart beat. If you go above your target heart rate, the LCD Pulse value will flash and ask you to reduce the intensity of your exercise. Travel Distance | Displays your total virtual travel distance. |
Note: As soon as the target value is achieved, the value will start counting up immediately and sound a three (3) second alarm.
Console Battery Replacement
- Loosen the three (3) screws on the right side of the console. Gently ease the console panel out of the shroud.
- On the back panel, replace batteries (2 AAA). Make sure they fit tightly in the correct position.
- Place console back into shroud and retighten the three (3) screws.
