Resolution:
- Check to ensure that all computer plugs, wires, and connections are firmly connected and do not appear damaged.
- If ensuring the connection does not resolve the error, it's possible that either the hand pulse grips or monitor may need to be replaced. Please contact the XTERRA Service Department by phone at 800-258-8511 for assistance.
