Adjust your settings as you workout
- Use the UP/DOWN keys to cycle through the available programs. Press the ENTER key to select the MANUAL (P1) program.
- TIME will flash on the display. Press the UP or DOWN keys to set your exercise session time length. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired time.
- DISTANCE will flash on the display. Press the UP or DOWN keys to set your target distance. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired distance.
- CALORIES will flash on the display. Press the UP or DOWN keys to set your exercise session target calories. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired calories.
- PULSE will flash on the display. Press the UP or DOWN keys to set your exercise target pulse rate. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired pulse.
- Press the START/STOP key to begin your workout.
Note: Resistance can be adjusted at any time during your workout. The default resistance level is 3.
User Programs
Customize your workout based on your personal preferences
- Use the UP/DOWN keys to cycle through the available programs. Press the ENTER key to select the desired USER program (P14, P15, P16, or P17).
- Column 1 will flash. Use the UP/DOWN keys to create your personal exercise profile. Press the ENTER key to confirm your first column of exercise profile. The default level of resistance is 1.
- Column 2 will flash. Use the UP/DOWN keys to create your personal exercise profile. Press the ENTER key to confirm your second column of exercise profile.
- Follow steps 2-3 to finish your personal exercise profiles (10 rows). Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired exercise profile.
- TIME will flash on the display. Press the UP or DOWN keys to set your exercise session time length. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired time.
- DISTANCE will flash on the display. Press the UP or DOWN keys to set your target distance. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired distance.
