Console Buttons
The monitor will turn on automatically by pressing any key or when you start to pedal. The monitor will shut off automatically if no signal is detected for four (4) minutes and will keep all function values. You may press the START/STOP button or start to pedal to wake the computer and resume function.
PULSE RECOVERY: Press to enter into heart rate recovery function. This feature only works when the computer is receiving a heart rate value. Recovery is an indication of fitness level. It is a one minute measurement taken immediately after an exercise session and provides a score from F1 to F6. A score of F1 is an indication of a high level of fitness and a score of F6 indicates poor condition.
BODY FAT: Press to select the Body Fat Measurement program. Learn more about the Body Fat Program here.
UP: Press to increase the target values. Press to increase the tension level while you are exercising. Press to cycle through the available programs.
DOWN: Press to decrease the preset target values. Press to decrease the tension level. Press to cycle through the available programs.
ENTER: Press to select the desired program. Press to accept the target value. Press and hold for four (4) seconds to reset all values to zero when the unit is stopped.
START/STOP: Press to start or stop your selected exercise program.
AUDIO-INPUT JACK: To listen to an MP3 during your workout, connect the MP3 with the computer (19) by using the audio wire (86).
Plug the adapter (87) into the power receptacle. Volume is controlled by the MP3 player.

Pulse |
Displays the user’s current heart rate in beats per minute during the workout. Both hands must hold the hand pulse grips for a heart rate reading during your workout.
