Workout Selection
After powering on the elliptical, use the the UP/DOWN keys to select a workout program. Press ENTER to select the desired program.
Workout Parameters

Setting Workout Parameters
After selecting desired workout program, you may preset several workout parameters to meet your desired results. Once a program has been selected, press ENTER to adjust the “TIME” parameter.
Use the UP/DOWN key to adjust the the desired time value. Press the ENTER key to set the value. The flashing prompt will move to the next parameter. Continue use of the UP/DOWN keys to adjust each value. Press START/STOP to start workout.
Note: Some parameters are not adjustable in certain programs. Time and distance can not be preset in the same workout.
Manual Program
- Select the Manual Program using the UP/DOWN key, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time” will flash indicating the value can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN key.
- Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to the next parameter to be adjusted.
- Continue through all the desired parameters, pressing the START/STOP key to begin the workout. Note: Users may adjust the resistance level using the UP/DOWN keys at any time during the workout.
- When any one of the workout parameters counts down to zero, the console emits a beep sound and the workout stops automatically. Press the START key to continue the workout to reach the remaining workout goals.
Preset Programs
6 programs with predefined speed and resistance changing profiles
- Select one of preset programs (P2-P7) using the UP/DOWN key, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time” will flash indicating the value can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN key.
- Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to the next parameter to be adjusted.
- Continue through all the desired parameters, pressing the START/STOP key to begin the workout. Note: Users may adjust the resistance level using the UP/DOWN keys at any time during the workout.
- When any one of the workout parameters counts down to zero, the console emits a beep sound and the workout stops automatically. Press the START key to continue the workout to reach the remaining workout goals.
Note: Once a user has set the target time for the selected program, the distance parameter cannot be adjusted.
User Program
Create your own customized workout session
- Select USER using the UP/DOWN key, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time” will flash indicating the value can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN Key.
- Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to the next parameter to be adjusted.
- Continue through all the desired parameters. Note: Users may adjust the resistance level using the UP/DOWN keys at any time during the workout.
- After completing the parameter set-up, row one (1) of the profile will flash. Use the UP/DOWN keys to adjust the resistance level, and then press ENTER until finished (10 rows total).
- Press the START/STOP key to begin the workout.
- When any one of the workout parameters counts down to zero, the console emits a beep sound and the workout stops automatically. Press the START key to continue the workout to reach the remaining workout goals.
