Manual Program
Adjust your settings as you workout
- Press the START/STOP button on the console to start a workout in manual mode. Press the MODE button to enter.
- Press the UP/DOWN arrows and choose "Manual." Press the MODE button to enter.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to preset time, distance, calories, and pulse and then press the MODE button to confirm.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the workout. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the resistance level.
- Press the START/STOP button to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
User Programs
Customize your workout based on your personal preferences
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to cycle through the available workout programs. Choose "User" and press the MODE button to enter.
- Press the UP/DOWN arrows to set the resistance level of each column, and then press the MODE button enter and move to the next column (there are 20 columns total).
- Hold the MODE button to finish or quit setting.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to preset the workout time.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the workout. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the resistance level.
- Press the START/STOP button to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.
Preset (Built-in) Programs

- Use the UP/DOWN arrows on the console to select the desired workout program (P1-P12). Press the MODE button to select.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to preset the workout time.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the workout. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the resistance level.
- Press the START/STOP button to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
