Workout Program Selection
There are 7 basic workout programs: Manual, User, Preset, Watt, Body Fat, Target Heart Rate, and Heart Rate Control. After powering on your machine, use the UP/DOWN keys to select a workout program, then press ENTER.

Setting Workout Parameters
After selecting your desired workout program (Manual, User, Preset, Watt, Target Heart Rate, Heart Rate Control) you may enter several workout parameters to reach your desired results: time, distance, calories, watt, and target heart rate.
Once a program has been selected, press ENTER to input the workout session time value. Use the UP/DOWN keys to set the desired time value. Press ENTER to input value. The console will then move to the next parameter. Continue using the UP/DOWN keys to set each value. Press the START/STOP key to begin your workout.

Manual Program
Adjust your settings as you workout
- Select the Manual program (P1) using the UP/ DOWN keys, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time,” will flash. Adjust the value using the the UP/DOWN keys. Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to next parameter. Note: if user sets up the target time to workout then the next parameter of distance can not be adjusted.
- Continue through all desired parameters. When completed, press the START/STOP key to begin the workout.
User Programs
4 customizable programs to build your workout based on your personal preferences
- Select "USER" using the UP/DOWN keys, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time,” will flash. Adjust the value using the the UP/DOWN keys. Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to next parameter. Note: if user sets up the target time to workout then the next parameter of distance can not be adjusted.
- Continue through all desired parameters. When completed, row 1 of the profile will flash. Use the UP/DOWN keys to adjust the resistance level, then press ENTER to move to the next row (10 rows total).
- Press the START/STOP key to begin the workout.
Preset (Built-in) Programs
12 preset programs offering a variety of challenge levels
- Select one of preset programs (P2-P13) using the UP/DOWN keys, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time,” will flash. Adjust the value using the the UP/DOWN keys. Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to next parameter. Note: if user sets up the target time to workout then the next parameter of distance can not be adjusted.
- Continue through all desired parameters. When completed, press the START/STOP key to begin the workout.
Watt Control Program
- Select the watt control program (P14) using the UP/DOWN keys, then press the ENTER key.
- The first parameter, “Time,” will flash. Adjust the value using the the UP/DOWN keys. Press the ENTER key to save the value and move to next parameter. Note: if user sets up the target time to workout then the next parameter of distance can not be adjusted.
- Continue through all desired parameters. When completed, press the START/STOP key to begin the workout.
