Adjust your settings as you workout
Users can start exercising by pressing the START/STOP key. The default resistance level is 3, but users may exercise in any resistance level by adjusting the UP/DOWN keys during the workout.
- Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the MANUAL (P1) program.
- Press the ENTER key to enter MANUAL (P1) program.
- The exercise session time length target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise session time length. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired time.
- The exercise session distance target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your target exercise session distance. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired distance.
- The exercise session calories target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise session calories. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired calories.
- The exercise session pulse target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise session pulse. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired pulse.
- Press the START/STOP key to begin exercise.
User Programs
Customize your workout based on your personal preferences
Programs 14-17 are the custom user setting programs. Users are free to create the values in the order of time, distance, calories, and the resistance levels. The values and profiles will be stored in the memory after set-up. Users may also change the ongoing loading in each column by pressing the UP/DOWN keys, and they will not change the resistance level stored in the memory.
- Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the desired USER (P14-P17) program.
- Press the ENTER key to enter your workout program.
- Column 1 will flash. Use the UP/DOWN keys to create your personal exercise profile. Press ENTER to confirm your first column of the exercise profile.
- Column 2 will flash. Use the UP/DOWN keys to create your personal exercise profile. Press ENTER to confirm your second column of exercise profile.
- Continue this process to complete your personal exercise profiles. Once all levels have been loaded, press ENTER to confirm your desired exercise profile.
- The time target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise time. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired time.
- The distance target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your target distance. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired distance.
- The calories target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise calories. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired calories.
- The pulse target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise pulse. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired pulse.
- Press the START/STOP key to begin your exercise.
Preset (Built-in) Programs
12 preset programs offering a variety of challenge levels
Programs 2-13 are preset programs. Users can exercise with different levels in different intervals as the profiles show. Users may exercise in any resistance level by pressing the UP/DOWN keys during the workout, as well as the period of time, number of calories, or a certain distance.
- Use the UP/DOWN keys to select one of the above programs from P2-P13.
- Press the ENTER key to enter your workout program.
- The time target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise time. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired time.
- The distance target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your target distance. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired distance.
- The calorie target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise calories. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired calories.
- The pulse target will flash. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set your exercise pulse. Press the ENTER key to confirm your desired pulse.
- Press the START/STOP key to begin your exercise.
