1. Stabilizers and Main Frame

a. Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 05) to Main Frame (No. 01) using 2 Carriage Bolts (No. 09), 2 Arc Washers (No. 19) and 2 Domed Nuts (No. 22).
b. Attach Rear Stabilizer (No. 06) to Main Frame (No. 01) using with 2 Carriage Bolts (No. 09), 2 Arc Washers (No. 19) and 2 Domed Nuts (No. 22).
2. Attaching the Tension Wires and the Front Support

a. Remove the pre-installed 4 Allen Screws (No. 11) & 4 Arc Washers (No. 19) from Front Post (No. 02).
b. Turn the Tension Knob (No. 20) to the 8th (highest) level, then connect it to the Lower Tension Wire (No. 13).
c. Connect Extension Sensor Wire (No. 07) with Sensor Wire (No. 12).
d. Insert the Front Post (No. 02) into the Main Frame (No. 01) and secure with 4 Allen Screws (No. 11) and 4 Arc Washers (No. 19).
3. Installing the Seat

a. Remove the pre-installed 3 Flat Washers (No. 15) and 3 Nylon Locknuts (No.17) from the back of Seat (No. 14) (see fig. 3-1).
b. Attach the Seat (No. 14) to Seat Post (No. 03), securing with the 3 Flat Washers (No. 15) and 3 Nylon Locknuts (No. 17) which had been pre-assembled on the back of Seat (No. 14).
c. Insert Seat Post (No. 03) into the Main Frame (No. 01). Line up the holes and fasten the Seat Post (No. 03) in right position with Club Knob (No. 26).
4. Installing the Pedals
a. Attach the (L) Strap to the Left Pedal (No. 23), and you can adjust the strap to the length you need. Use the same method to attach the (R) Strap to the Right Pedal (No. 24).
b. Connect Left Pedal (No. 23) to the left side of Crank w/ Pulley (No. 08), twist it counterclockwise to tighten.
c. Connect the Right Pedal (No. 24) to the right side of Crank w/ Pulley (No. 08), twist it clockwise to tighten.
5. Handlebars

a. Connect the Handlebar (No. 04) to Front Post (No. 02), secure with 2 Spring Washers (No. 21) and 2 Allen Screws (No. 10).
6. Installing the Console

a. Remove the pre-installed 2 Crossed Head Screws (No. 16) from the back of Console (No. 18), and also remove the Grommet (No. 28) from the Front Post (No. 02).
b. Pull the Pulse Wires (No. 27) through the Grommet (No. 28) and then through the hole of the Front Post (No. 02), finally plug the Grommet (No. 28) into the Front Post (No. 02).
c. Connect the Pulse Wire (No. 27) and Extension Sensor Wire (No. 07) with the wire from the Console (No. 18), then tighten the Console (No. 18) with 2 Crossed Head Screws (No. 16) to the Front Post (No. 02).
d. Press the Cover for Handlebar (No. 25) into the handlebar.
