Console Buttons
RESET: For resetting user tracking of time, distance, calories, and hand pulse during workout session.
MODE: For selecting machine functions during workout session.
SET: For setting user tracking of time, distance, calories, and hand pulse.
Functions and Operations
SCAN: Press and hold the MODE console button until 'SCAN' appears on the display monitor. The monitor will rotate through the six (6) available functions (time, speed, distance, calories, odometer, and pulse). Each function will display for six (6) seconds.
TIME: Press and hold the MODE console button until 'TIME' appears on the display monitor, then press the SET button on the console to set the target time. When the target time is reached, the console will beep for ten (10) seconds.
SPEED: Press and hold the MODE console button until 'SPEED' appears to display the user's speed during the workout session.
DISTANCE: Press and hold the MODE console button until 'DISTANCE' appears on the display monitor, then press the SET button on the console to set the target distance. When the target distance is reached, the console will beep for ten (10) seconds.
CALORIE: Press and hold the MODE console button until 'CALORIE' appears, then press the SET button on the console to set target calories. When the caloric goal is reached during the user's workout, the console will beep for ten (10) seconds.
ODOMETER: Press and hold the MODE console button until 'ODOMETER' appears to display the total accumulated distance for the user's current workout session.
Adjusting Resistance Settings
To increase or decrease resistance while operating your FB360 bike, turn the tension knob located on the front post to adjust the resistance. Level 1 is the minimum resistance. Level 8 is the highest resistance.
