Applies to the Following Treadmill Models: TR300
Resolution:
- Check to ensure that the cables connecting the console and controller are secure. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables. Once all cables have been completely reattached, plug in and turn on the treadmill.
- If the error code is still showing after confirming that the cables are securely connected, check to ensure that the speed sensor is properly located at the front roller. There must be less than 3-5mm of space between the sensor and the front roller. If the speed sensor has been disconnected or dislodged from the front roller, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the speed sensor. Once the sensor has been completely reattached, plug in and turn on the treadmill.
