Your TRX1000 treadmill has three (3) levels of incline. Incline settings are easily adjusted via the manual adjustment pins located on both sides of the deck near the foot of the treadmill.
IMPORTANT: Only adjust the incline settings on your treadmill when the machine is not running. Do not attempt to adjust the incline settings while the belt is moving.
To adjust the incline:
- Lift the treadmill deck slightly off of the ground, just enough so that the adjustment foot pad leaves the ground (see illustration below).
- Remove the pin from the Step-Up Frame on the left side of the treadmill.
- Select the incline level as desired, then reinsert the pin.
- Remove the pin from the Step-Up Frame on the right side of the treadmill.
- Select the incline level as desired, then reinsert the pin. Note: Please make sure to adjust both sides to the same level of incline. Discrepancies between incline settings may damage your treadmill.
