TR200 Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
1. Remove Deck from Box

a. Remove the unit from the box and place it on a flat and level floor for the duration of assembly.
2. Unfold

a. Unfold the uprights (3 - left, 4 - right) to the upright position.
3. Right and Left Uprights

a. Insert the uprights (3 - left, 4 - right) into the frame base (2) and using the combination wrench and screwdriver (104#) secure with two flat head socket bolts (#96), two split washers (#98), and two flat washers (#79). You will also need to the uprights with two button bolts (#94), and two curved washers (#95). Leave the bolts loose and do not over-tighten.
b. Secure two button head bolts (#97) and two Nyloc buts (#68) using the 13/15mm wrench (#103) and combination wrench and screwdriver (#104). Tighten all bolts but do not over-tighten.
4. Console

a. Unfold the console to the furthest position.
5. Secure Uprights

a. Secure the console (5) onto the uprights (3 - left, 4 - right) using the combination wrench and screwdriver (#104) and four button head bolts (#94) and two curved washers (#95) and two flat washers (#79).
6. Secure Console

a. With the 13/15mm wrench (#103) secure two hex head bolts (#86) and two Nyloc nuts (#68).
7. Adjustable Foot Pads

#114 | Rubber Foot Pads (2 pcs) |
a. Lift the deck up until it locks in a fixed position. Using the combination wrench and screwdriver tighten two Phillips head screws (#113) and two rubber foot pads (#114) to the main frame (2).
