- Check the belt/deck for lubricant by lifting one edge of the belt and feeling the surface of the deck.

- After lubricating, hold the ENTER button for three (3) seconds to reset and clear the LUBE error from your display.
- If the ‘LUBE’ error persists after lubricating and resetting your machine, please submit a ticket here or contact the XTERRA Service Department by phone at 800-258-8511.
If after troubleshooting you are still unable to resolve your machine's error, please contact the XTERRA Service Department and be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your name
- Dealer location
- Date of purchase
- Machine serial number
