XTERRA's goal is to ship all orders within 3 business days, however with the current increase in demand, we are experiencing delays up to 7 business days. A majority of our products are shipped FedEx Ground and do not require you to be home for delivery. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.

For your convenience, these products also come with additional shipment options that you will be able to select during the checkout process. Basic delivery is included in the cost of your machine. Threshold and White Glove delivery are available at an additional cost.
Note: After an item has been shipped from our warehouse, the shipping service cannot be upgraded.
The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three (3) attempts will be made to contact you. After three (3) attempts have been made without successful delivery, the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. If you request a reconsignment to have your machine delivered to a different address than originally specified, an additional $100 reconsignment charge will apply.
