When using your dumbbells for the first time, please take note of the five (5) weight increments available on your dumbbell by locating the large, bold weight identifiers:
|2.5 lb||5 lb||7.5 lb||10 lb||12.5 lb|
Choose the desired weight by rotating the middle of the dumbbell handle while it is securely placed in the cradle. Note: The weight must be fully inserted into the dumbbell tray to adjust the weight.
The arrows printed on the handle indicate which direction to rotate in order to choose the desired weight.
Once you've selected your weight, remove the dumbbell from the cradle by lifting it from the handle and directly up from the base. The unused plates will remain in the cradle.
